In this large villa, south of Munich, it was our intent to develop a house with a traditional look and contemporary spirit.

The dividing walls of the living area were torn down to create a dynamic open space capable of entertaining a family on the move. Large windows made to overlook the garden create continuity between the interior and the exterior so that there is a year-round dialogue with nature.

This villa, designed with the intention of fulfilling the dreams of a family of athletes who wish to train even during the harsh winters of northern Europe, includes a swimming pool, a golf simulator, a gymnasium and a Spa. The spacious land lying on the banks of a river, accommodates the soccer field and a tree house equipped with every comfort.
