Porto Cervo Villa

We designed this house, situated on the famous Costa Smeralda, by enhancing the panoramic viewpoints toward the island of Tavolara.

Sinuous forms, Mediterranean plants and reclaimed materials are combined in the definition of a living, pulsating organism that unfolds along its garden.

Flat roofs, transformed into terraces, are used for thinking and stargazing.

The naturally shaped swimming pool has been elevated to enjoy the view while swimming.

Pergolas made of chestnut beams, surround the Villa creating a porch that becomes an opportunity to define new living areas.

The Villa has a dual soul that is revealed according to the viewer’s perspective. The entrance, inspired by the architecture of Busiri Vici and the white textured plaster are strongly rooted in the tradition of these places while the large windows make the building more contemporary and dynamic.
